Shipping & Return


We offer free shipping within the United States on orders over $99.00.

All orders will be processed immediately during business hours. You will receive two emails from us. The first email will confirm that your order was received.  When your order ships, you will receive a second email with shipping information with a link to track your package.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on holiday schedule will be processed for fulfillment the following business day.


Under certain circumstances, returns or exchanges may be made by contacting customer service. If for any reason you decide to return or exchange your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding your return or exchange. Please contact us at 866-827-6632 or MagicSing@uskaraoke.com before returning your product. We are open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm PST.

In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging and prepare a detailed summary of our determination to deny the return. The merchandise will then be returned to you.


All goods must be received in their original package, and must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery. We DO NOT accept returns on products that are used or tampered with, and the merchandise will be returned to you. If for any reason we feel that a product has been tampered with, a refund will not be issued. Refunds at all times and without limitation are at the discretion of US Karaoke.
Please call us at 866-827-6632 if you have questions about which products are returnable, which products may be subject to a restocking fee or for an explanation of circumstances under which a restocking fee may be charged.

When a product has been authorized for a return, the customer will be reimbursed for the product and taxes. US Karaoke does not credit back on shipping. Special order item sales are final and cannot be returned for credit. Service parts are not returnable. Labor, installation services and any shipping charges are non-refundable.

Upon receipt of a returned product in its original condition and following inspection, a credit will be issued (to your credit card) with the exception of all shipping charges or duties. Please allow up to 30 days for processing of returns. When a refund is issued we will e-mail you with a confirmation. We suggest that the packaging that you received you order in be used for return of products and a shipping company that can track packages be used.

We STRONGLY recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a “traceable carrier” that can provide you with “proof of delivery.” US Karaoke shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and is non-refundable. At our discretion US Karaoke may reimburse shipping charges related to the EXCHANGE of DEFECTIVE products. If you have any questions about shipping reimbursement for DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES please ask the service representative issuing your return authorization for clarification.
