No, the ET-23KH is a song chip model with built-in songs. You’ll need to upgrade and trade-in your device to a MyStage compatible device such as the E1, E2, or E5 device.

WiFi is only required for the E1, E2, and E5 devices.

Using your HotSpot connection is also an option. The karaoke songs only require a small amount of data (20 ~ 30 KB per song).

Sound delay usally occurs when the device is connected to a Smart TV.

In order to minimize delay, it is highly recommended for users to connect their Magic Sing device to an external sound system (audio cable included w/ purchase).

In the instance that one or two of the microphones do not connect automatically, give “static”, or has minor feedback, users will should try to manually set/reset the microphone channels. Turn on your device and make sure both microphones have been turned on. Set one microphone to channel 1-4 (A) (Recommended channel is 1) Set the other microphone to channels 5-8 (B) (Recommended channel is 5) You can change the settings of the microphone channel by holding the power button (on mic) and simultaneously pressing channel number. Other recommended channels are channels 2&6, 3&7, 4&8.
